Patient Care Program for the Diabetic Patient
This program can be custom-tailored to meet your educational needs. We designed each module as a stand-alone program so you can choose the program(s) that fit your needs. Of course, some diabetics, especially the newly diagnosed diabetic, could choose to enroll in the complete program.
We offer special pricing to patients that enroll in the entire program. Some insurance companies will pay for Diabetes Management training.
Indiana State Law requires insurance companies to reimburse for Diabetic Self-management training and supplies if they are prescribed by your doctor. Indiana Medicaid also pays for this program.
