Webb's
Family Pharmacy has served Fulton County since 1990. We take pride in continuing
the tradition of dedicated community service established by the former owners.
Our employees have contributed hundreds of hours actively serving on dozens of
committees and community service organizations over the years. We also donate
over 5% of our profits back to the communities we serve on an annual basis.
Please read the following brief biographies of our employees and get to know the
dedicated staff of Webb's Family Pharmacy. They truly are "Giving it back
to Fulton County!" |

lost a friend, co-worker and long time pharmacist, David Gackenheimer.

Harry R. Webb, Pharmacist. – Owner
Harry graduated from Purdue University in 1982. He and his wife Jackie moved to Rochester in 1985 to work for Parke Baxter at Baxter Drugs. In 1990 he was given the opportunity to purchase the business from Parke and his father Ernest Baxter. Prior to working here he worked for
Ribordy Drugs in Hammond, Hively’s Pharmacy in Monticello and Kesling Drugs in Logansport. He has also performed nursing home consulting for 5 years. He has completed postgraduate certificate programs in Diabetes Management, Cardiovascular Management, Respiratory Management, Cholesterol Management and Smoking Cessation training. He is Past President of Community Pharmacies of Indiana and currently serves on their board of directors. He is also serving on the steering committee on Management for the National Community
Pharmacist Association. He is a member of Indiana Pharmacist Alliance, Indiana Retail Council and the National Association of Diabetic Educators.
On a community level, Harry is past president of Rochester & Lake Manitou Chamber of Commerce, Fulton County United Way and the Retail Merchants Committee. He has served on the board for the Lake Manitou Association and is currently serving on City of Rochester’s Board of Public Works and Safety.

Adam Zink, Pharmacist
Adam
is a Rochester High School graduate and he graduated from Purdue University in
2000 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He
is a life long resident of Rochester. After working in the Warsaw
area for three years, he came to work for
Webb’s Family Pharmacy in April of 2003. He has worked nearly five years
in independent retail pharmacy and his interests include diabetes education,
nutritional supplements, nursing home consulting, and compounding.
He has completed an ACPE accredited comprehensive compounding course instructed by
Letco Inc. in Decatur,
Alabama. And is very excited to continue expanding
our compounding services, which currently
include natural hormone replacement, pain management, and numerous other
compounds. He looks forward to
serving all of your prescription needs and answering any questions you may have
regarding your medications. Adam is the store manager of the Akron
location.
Mary Zink,
Pharmacist
In
celebrating Webb’s 16th anniversary, Webb’s Family Pharmacy would also like
to recognize Mary Zink for 30 years of service to the community. Mary
graduated from
Purdue
University in 1975 and has been both a retail and hospital pharmacist for thirty years.
Mary
is a native of Culver,
Indiana, where she also took her first pharmacist job with Hook’s. She and her
husband Ron moved to
Rochester
in 1976 and began working for
Woodlawn
Hospital where she practiced for over twenty years and still occasionally works part
time.
Mary
began working part time stints for both the former and current owners of
Webb’s in 1990 and has continued to be an integral member of the staff for
fifteen years. Mary currently works part time in both the Rochester
and Akron stores.
Mary
enjoys counseling patients and always takes time to answer any questions.
In particular, she enjoys counseling patients with asthma. She will be actively
participating in our latest new service of offering comprehensive medication
reviews for Medicare patients. Mary looks forward to helping you with all
of your prescription needs!
Tracy Howdeshell, RN / Pharmacy Technician
Tracy obtained her Bachelors in Nursing from Indiana University, Kokomo in 1992. She has worked for area physicians, in area Nursing Homes, and for the Fulton County Health Department. She is TB certified and is qualified to teach C.N.A. classes. She is also a Certified Care Coordinator. She administers the Webb’s Healthy Options Wellness
Services offered at the Pharmacy, which includes: Cholesterol screening, blood sugar testing, blood pressure checks, flu shots and disease management educational programs.
She also assist with our Convacare home medical equipment and oxygen
services.
Tracy Pocock, Pharmacy Technician
Tracy Pocock, who is celebrating twenty-eight years of commitment and dedication
to pharmacy. When
Tracy
was 16 and in High School she began working for Baxter Drugs in the fountain
that The
Pink Flamingo
currently occupies. One year later she began working full time in the
pharmacy and worked a total of thirteen years for Parke Baxter.
Tracy
has worked for the pharmacy’s current owner,
Harry Webb
, since 1990.
Tracy
is a certified pharmacy technician and continues to be an anchor for the
pharmacy staff.
Tracy
’s job description is difficult to define, as she is an integral part of most
pharmacy duties and is always willing to assist with any situation. Tracy is in charge of daily pharmacy operations, specializes in Home Medical Equipment, special orders, Insurance billing, and Medicare billing. Tracy’s favorite part of her job is helping our customers solve their problems.
In
addition to her passion for pharmacy,
Tracy
also cherishes her time with her daughter Charlie (4), and her niece Carli (3).
Her and husband Chuck also have joint ownership of Manitou Reality based in
Rochester
. The staff of Webb’s Family Pharmacy would like to thank
Tracy
for her continued service to the community!
Kim Burns, Pharmacy Technician
Kim has 18 years of Pharmacy experience and is a certified pharmacy technician with hospital and retail experience. She coordinates our Medela breast pump rental program and is a Certified Jobst stocking fitter. She provides quality customer service, performs a variety of job functions, and truly enjoys her career.
LeeAnn Pollock, Bookkeeper
LeeAnn has worked in the Rochester store since high school. She has performed most duties in the store and is currently the bookkeeper for both locations. She handles accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. She is also our gift buyer and takes pride in maintaining a quality line of fine gifts and collectibles.
On a community level, she is a Fulton County Ducks Unlimited committee member, Fulton County 4-H Dog Obedience Agility Leader, a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and an avid supporter of the Rochester High School Cross Country and Track Teams. She attends Grace United Methodist Church. She formerly served on the board of directors of the Rochester Pathways Project serving as their treasurer.
